We are not halal certified. However, we do not use pork or lard, gelatine or alcohol in our products.

Most of our products do contain eggs and some contain nuts. Feel free to contact us for further clarifications on the products that you are interested.

Our cakes, pastries and bread are free from any preservatives. We always try to bake our products on the day of delivery. Depending on the products, most cakes and pastries have a shelf life of at least 3 days when stored in a chiller. Please clarify with our staff when in doubt.

All items purchased in this website have to be paid online before the order is processed. Our delivery staffs are not able to accept any payments. If you would like to make cash payments at our retail stores, please make direct purchases or orders from our stores.

All our cakes can be customized according to your request. You can choose from our catalogs and leave your request under ‘Order Notes’ or fill up the Customization form to upload images and requests. Alternatively, you may WhatsApp us @ 877 877 33 or visit any of our outlets.

For all orders placed on this website, whether self-collection or delivery, an order confirmation email with the invoice reference number will be sent to you. This means your order has been confirmed. We will contact you within 2 working days upon receiving your order should we require further clarifications.

Please check the condition of the cakes before acceptance. If the cake is damaged at the point of delivery, please WhatsApp us @ 877 877 33 and we will make alternative arrangements for you.
